Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Systems Analyst on our software development team. This position will be focused on performing pre-release application testing and various coding tasks under the direction of our Senior Engineers. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with both technical and non-technical people. Most all of our systems have been developed in-house and are based on the Microsoft technology stack. This position will bridge the gap between our developers and clinical staff, and be a technical project leader.
Responsibilities:
- Manage various projects and coordinate between technical staff and clinical staff
- Determine and assist in development of improvements to processes and application functionality
- Develop a thorough understanding of the UI, reports, and features of our in-house developed applications
- Assist Technical Leads with various documentation, testing, and bug fixes
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree with at least 5 years’ experience working as part of a technical team
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack
- Proven project management experience preferably in a clinical setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biology or Chemistry
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory processes and regulations
- Experience producing technical documentation
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience using HL7
Compensation:
- $80,000
- Salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role
