Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Analyst on our software development team. This position will be focused on performing pre-release application testing and various coding tasks under the direction of our Senior Engineers. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with both technical and non-technical people. Most all of our systems have been developed in-house and are based on the Microsoft technology stack. This position would bridge the gap between our developers and end users, but lean more toward the technical side with significant troubleshooting and coding skills being required. This role will be a hybrid work environment in our Sunnyvale office.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot various inbound and outbound data feeds
- Maintain and improve connections between accounts receivable system and external clearing house service providers
- Determine and assist in development of improvements to functionality
- Develop a thorough understanding of the UI, reports, and features of our in-house developed applications
- Assist Technical Leads with various documentation, testing, and bug fixes
- Assist with Data Warehouse maintenance and support
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree with at least 3 years’ experience working as part of a technical team
- Excellent written communication skills
- MS SQL experience
- C#, HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript coding experience
- Experience working with Web APIs and tools such as Insomnia and Postman
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft technology stack
- Email, instant messaging, phone, and online meeting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology
- Familiarity with electronic insurance eligibility checking and claims processing
- Experience producing technical documentation
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with Data Warehouse concepts, ETL operations and SQL Server Integration Services
- Experience using HL7
Compensation:
- $125,000-150,000
- Salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role
